1. Scope of Services

DIZYBIRD Web Solutions (\"DIZYBIRD\", \"we\", \"us\") provides bespoke web design, custom cloud web application engineering, PHP & Laravel backend development, e-commerce implementation, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital marketing retainers. Specific deliverables, schedules, and technical requirements are governed by written project proposals and statements of work (SOW).

2. 100% Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for a defined project milestone or fixed-cost engagement, 100% of the custom source code, Git repositories, database architectures, and bespoke design assets transfer irrevocably to the client. DIZYBIRD retains no proprietary licensing claims over your custom business software or web files. Third-party open-source libraries remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, GNU).

3. Milestone Payments & Deliverables

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

• Fixed-Price Web Builds: 50% milestone advance payment to initiate requirements mapping and development, and the remaining 50% upon final staging review and sign-off prior to live DNS deployment.
• Custom Applications: Billed in structured agile sprint milestones based on mutually agreed functional specifications.
• SEO & Marketing Retainers: Invoiced at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities & Content

Clients agree to provide required branding assets, text copy, high-resolution imagery, and access credentials (domain registrar, Hostinger or server hosting) in a timely manner. Delays in client approvals or asset delivery may adjust final launch timelines proportionally.

5. Warranty & Post-Launch Bug Fixing

All custom web platforms and software engineered by DIZYBIRD include a 30-day post-launch warranty period. Any bugs, functional discrepancies from the approved specification, or styling defects discovered during this period will be resolved at zero additional charge.

6. Technical Blog & Editorial Informational Disclaimer

The articles, code snippets, architectural benchmarks, and optimization tutorials published on the DIZYBIRD Engineering Blog are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. While our engineering team verifies all technical content, web architectures must be evaluated within your individual infrastructure, compliance, and security parameters. DIZYBIRD assumes no liability for actions taken based on technical blog content without an active, signed consulting engagement.

7. Third-Party Advertising & External Links

Our digital platforms and engineering guides may display third-party advertisements served via Google AdSense or provide hyperlinked citations to external specifications (e.g., W3C, MDN, PHP.net, GitHub). DIZYBIRD does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, claims, or privacy practices advertised or linked through our website. Interactions with third-party advertisers or external websites are solely governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
